Celebrate the vibrant birdlife and textile traditions of Guatemala with these handcrafted statement earrings. Each pair features an embroidered bird created by a talented artisan community in Santiago Atitlán, where generations have preserved the art of intricate bird embroidery.

Our collection showcases many of Guatemala’s most beloved birds, including quetzals, hummingbirds (colibrís), parrots, macaws (guacamayas), and other native species. Each design is unique, making every pair a small wearable work of art.

Finished with Handmade Ceramic Beads

The embroidered textile is paired with our signature ceramic bead fringe, handcrafted in our family workshop in Antigua, Guatemala. Every bead begins as natural Guatemalan clay, is individually shaped by hand, air-dried for at least seven days, kiln-fired for over 24 hours, and hand-painted before being carefully assembled into each pair of earrings.

The result is lightweight statement jewelry that combines traditional Mayan embroidery with contemporary artisan craftsmanship.
