From the US to the US 🚐 (most common)

95% of the jewelry available in our webshop is sent to our fulfilment center in New Orleans, US. US Flat Rate shipping of $3.95 on all orders. We ship packages as a minimum on Mondays and Fridays (usually more) from New Orleans. We use standard Shopify-USPS rates and conditions for the following shipment methods:

First-Class Package, Standard, 3-4 days
Priority Mail, 2 days
Priority Mail Express, 1 day

Shipping price is displayed automatically at check-out before payment.

From the US to Worldwide ✈

We ship Mondays and Fridays. We ship packages Mondays and Fridays. USPS collaborates with the state-owned postal service of the destination country if this is applicable in the country in question.

We use standard Shopify-USPS rates for the following shipment methods:

First-Class Package International, 10-27 days, does not include tracking option in the destination country
Priority Mail International, 6-10 days includes tracking option in the destination country
Priority Mail Express International, 3-5 days, includes tracking option in the destination country

Prices vary according to weight, destination, and official USPS rates, etc. Shipping price is displayed automatically at check-out before payment.

We do not ship to the UK anymore due to heavy taxation.

From Guatemala to the US/CAN ✈

We have a few of our bigger pieces that we ship directly from Guatemala. This will not affect the expected delivery time to the US/CAN as we use the best mail carrier in Guatemala (DHL), so it will normally not take more than 3 business days.

Shipping of any items located in Guatemala to the US/CAN is paid by us and will be displayed upon checkout before payment.

From Guatemala to Worldwide ✈

We have a few of our bigger pieces that we ship directly from Guatemala. This will not affect the expected delivery time as we use the best mail carrier in Guatemala (DHL). If you are located outside of the US or Canada, there will be a flat rate of $30.
