Mkufu - Turquoise

Our Mkufu Necklaces are a special addition to our jewelry collections. The necklaces consist of hand-painted ceramic sculptures lined up beautifully. Mkufu means necklace in Swahili and the design is partly inspired by the jewelry worn in many African cultures which includes choker rings and a design which is generally uniform. Many of our jewelry collections have an African influence, and this necklace collection is a representation of the great Afro influence into Latin culture and design.

The necklaces can be adjusted to your desired length. All our necklaces are handmade by Mayan artisans.
