Q: How are the prices online vs. in the shops in Guatemala? 

A: In order to stay competitive, our pricing strategy is based on the surrounding market of our sales channels. That means that our prices in the two shops of Antigua, Guatemala, are adjusted according to our competitors' prices in the local area. Respectively, our prices online are based on the online competitors of the US market. Other factors that are included in our pricing strategy are shipping costs, taxes, international money transfer fees etc.  

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: Do you offer returns?

Q: Can I order online and pick it up in the shop?

A: No, unfortunately not.
