The Copán Jade Earring has it all; a statement within the textile pattern, a precious jade stone hanging elegantly, framed by ceramic beads, and ceramic beads beautifully dangling below.
The textile is traditional, hand-picked embroidery from Guatemala and Guatemalan sourced jade. The small patches of textile are remains of bigger pieces of incredible textiles that we already used in other pieces. We try to maximize our material use to lower any waste of these amazing textile. This is a beautiful way of doing just that.
The Copán Jade Earrings are handmade by Miriam in Antigua. She is our textile earring specialist. Every purchase directly supports Miriam and her family.
