The Ceremonial Santiago shoulder piece is one of our most iconic designs, an unmistakable statement of heritage, ceremony, and craftsmanship.

At its centre lies a hand-embroidered textile from the lakeside town of Santiago Atitlán, Guatemala. Renowned for its vivid artistry, this textile features detailed depictions of birds; symbols of freedom, beauty, and the living landscape of Lake Atitlán. Each bird is carefully embroidered by hand, carrying forward the town’s long tradition of storytelling through stitches.

From the embroidered textile, small spikes of handmade ceramic beads emerge, adding texture and movement. Below, cascades of our signature ceramic beads flow in layered strands, their shifting colours and patterns designed to draw the eye and captivate in any setting.

Each shoulder piece is one-size and adjustable, designed to rest comfortably across the shoulders while draping elegantly over the chest. Subtle variations in beadwork and embroidery make every creation a one-of-a-kind work of art.
