FAQ
Q: How are the prices online vs. in the shops in Guatemala?
A: In order to stay competitive, our pricing strategy is based on the surrounding market of our sales channels. That means that our prices in the two shops of Antigua, Guatemala, are adjusted according to our competitors' prices in the local area. Respectively, our prices online are based on the online competitors of the US market.
Other factors that are included in our pricing strategy are shipping costs, taxes, international money transfer fees etc. Most of our earrings online also have silver hooks and other design enhancements.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we have worldwide shipping. See our shipping policy here.
Q: Do you offer returns?
A: Yes. Please see our return and refund conditions in the return policy here.
Q: Can I order online and pick it up in the shop?
A: No, unfortunately not as our fulfilment center in the US has all our products.
Q: I am worried about the weight of my jewelry.
A: Please see the product description for weight information. We try to limit the weight without compromising our designs. If you have any feedback for us, please do not hesitate to contact us using one of these contact options.
Q: I accidentally broke my jewelry. Do you have repair?
A: Please contact us info@loscoloresdelatierra.com and we will do our best to repair it. Shipping costs to and from Guatemala may occur depending on the type of jewelry and the type of repair needed.
Q: Do you do custom jewelry?
